Terms of use.
The terms for using this website. Your client agreement, if you become a client, is a separate document and it governs the work.
Effective September 20, 2026. We update this page when the practice changes, not on a schedule.
These terms cover the website, not the work
This page governs your use of this website. It is not the agreement under which we deliver services. If you engage Virtual Level Up, we put a separate written client agreement in place covering scope, hours, rates, confidentiality, intellectual property and notice, and that document governs the work.
Where the two differ, the client agreement wins.
What the information here is, and is not
Everything published here, including the service pages and the guides in our resources section, is general information. It is written carefully and kept current, but it is not advice for your specific situation, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Nothing on this site should be relied on as legal, tax, accounting, financial or regulatory advice. Take that from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Pricing and availability
We do not publish rates, because the honest rate depends on the discipline, the hours and the scope. Any figure given to you in conversation is indicative until it is in a written quote. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it.
Availability of any specialist or discipline is not guaranteed by anything on this site.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, lead volume, booked meetings, credit score changes or any other business result, and we do not accept engagements on that basis. Where a page describes what a seat does, it describes the work, not a promised outcome.
Specific limits worth stating plainly: payroll support is preparation work for your approval and is not tax advice or a filing service. Credit repair support is documentation and dispute-processing work carried out within the CROA and the FCRA, and no change to any credit report is promised.
Using this website
Ordinary rules, stated so they are on the record.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people.
- Do not submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to send.
- Do not scrape and republish our content as your own. Quoting with attribution and a link is welcome.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, photography and structured content on this site belong to Virtual Level Up, except where a third-party mark is shown. Tool and platform names mentioned on service pages belong to their respective owners and are used to describe what our specialists work in. Their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
Work produced for a client belongs to the client on the terms set out in the client agreement.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do it because the destination is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, or from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply to your use of it.
