Cold Calling

Steady outbound dials, clear call notes and qualified meetings on your calendar.

Your caller works from your lead list and a script you approve. They dial, get past gatekeepers, handle objections, qualify against your criteria and book meetings onto your calendar. Every call is logged in your CRM with notes, so you see the activity behind the results.

What you get from this seat.

The same reporting rhythm as every other seat on your team.

Daily call log

Dials, conversations, outcomes and next steps for every call, logged in your CRM and summarized at the end of each shift.

Weekly pipeline report

Conversations, meetings booked and the objections heard most that week, with suggested script changes to test next.

Script and objection library

Your approved script, objection responses and qualifying questions in one document, updated as the caller learns what lands.

Two ways to hire a cold caller.

Keep a specialist on your team by the hour, or hand over one defined job for one fixed price. Same vetting, same account manager, same daily reporting.

Ongoing seat

Billed hourly

Your cold caller works the hours you agree every week, reports at the end of each day and grows with the work. Add hours, add seats or pause as things change.

  • Weekly hours you choose
  • End-of-day reports and a weekly review
  • Scale up, scale down or pause

Cold Calling: common questions.

Anything we have not covered, ask us on the discovery call.

Ask a question
How many meetings will a cold caller book?

We do not promise a number. Results depend on your offer, list quality, market and script. What you get is consistent calling, honest notes and weekly reporting that shows what is working.

Do you provide the lead list?

Usually you provide it, or we build one with you from your CRM or a data tool such as Apollo.io or ZoomInfo under your account. List sourcing is agreed during onboarding.

How do you handle calling rules?

Callers check lists against Do Not Call registries, respect calling-hour rules and follow any compliance requirements you set. Consumer calling carries stricter rules, so we review your use case on the discovery call.

Can the caller use our phone system and CRM?

Yes. They work inside your dialer and CRM, so every call, recording and note stays in your systems. If you do not have a dialer yet, we can suggest options on the discovery call.

How is pricing set?

You can keep an ongoing seat billed by the hour, or book a one-time project at one fixed price. Pricing depends on hours and scope. We quote it on the discovery call once we understand your market and your list.
